We opened the dividing wall between the dining room and the kitchen, removed bifurcating stairs dumping into the kitchen, transitioned a room upstairs into a primary dressing room and full bath, as well as finishing out the basement with a full bed, bath, storage space and entertainment area. All original stained glass was repaired and deep cleaned, original hardwood and trim was refinished (Jane hand stained the entry room wood floors with two different transparencies of stain to give it a monochromatic and low contrast checkerboard design!)

All mechanicals were replaced including plumbing and electric, and central heat and air conditioning was installed. The exterior was given new paint and maintenance to bring all parts to 2023 health. A full perennial garden was installed throughout landscaping for year after year beauty!
